This weekend my brother and his wife welcomed a baby boy into their lives. He has a big brother and sister too.

Jackson is so blessed to have such great parents! 
It was almost bittersweet holding him knowing that my little one should be coming in about a month. We had thought they would have so much fun together. Amazingly, it wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be and I felt nothing but JOY as I held him.Welcome to the world Little Jackson...we're so glad you're here! 
congrats to your brother and family on the birth of Jackson; he looks so cute! it is good that you are close to each other to be able to spend time with him too

Oh, Mimy, I know what you mean about the bittersweet part, only the babies haven't started arriving for me. I had a miscarriage in March & was almost 4 mo along. We found out in Dec when I was 6.5 wks that I have a heart shaped uterus & they told me that the 3 we already have are miracles. It explained a lot of things cause I always had some prob with my preg now we know why. After being down for almost 2 mon cause they told me I had a 50/50 chance of losing it a specialist told us everything looks great & we'll prob have a normal preg from here on out. 4 wks later I went in for a routine visit & they couldn't find the heartbeat. At that time there were 2 other ladies in church that were preg but now it's up 5, all due by the end of the yr. So I'll have to deal with that this fall plus a good friend has the same due date in Aug that I had. I'll be praying that one of these days you will have your own to hold also!
